William H. Clark, Jr. advises clients on matters of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, general business law, and government affairs. Bill has significant experience drafting business laws both for Pennsylvania and other states.

In his corporate law practice, Bill focuses particularly on matters involving issues of corporate governance and control. He advises the boards of directors of public companies and their committees on issues of corporate governance and he has represented several special committees established to deal with particular transactions or investigations.

Bill represents both publicly traded and privately owned companies in mergers and acquisitions as either buyer or seller. He also represents for-profit and nonprofit entities in connection with the establishment and governance of joint ventures.

Mr. Damien Guivarra was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in November 2016. He was previously the company's Chief Operating Officer and has been with Silver Chef in various roles for more than 10 years. He has played an integral role in the growth of the Company holding a variety of sales focused and operational management roles, including managing the Northern Region business across both the Silver Chef and GoGetta brands.  Prior to joining Silver Chef, he held a variety of national sales and marketing roles.

Mele-Ane Havea works with impact investment organization Small Giants and is currently managing one of their investee companies, independent media company Dumbo Feather. Small Giants supports, grows and invests in businesses that are creating a positive social and environmental impacts and financial returns. Mele-Ane has worked in corporate, community and human rights law, working in Melbourne, Abu Dhabi, Kununurra and Utrecht, respectively. In 2011, she completed an MBA at the Said Business School at Oxford University where she was a fellow at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.

Laboratory of Architecture 60+ (LAB 60+) is the first foundation and laboratory of its type in Poland dealing with innovative approach to designing for an aging society.

LAB60+ is a member of the Convention on Demographic Changes, whose aim is to bring together local, regional and national authorities, as well as others people who are involved in co-operation and implementation of evidence-based approaches to promoting active and healthy aging in a comprehensive response to demographic challenges in Europe.

LAB60+ is in closely co-operation with the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology, which provides to the foundation friendly environment for the growth, mutual cooperation and support for taken actions and projects.
